Absolutely not.Each client can conveniently track the progress of their results online 24/7, right from their desktop or mobile device.. Their secured online client portal will give them a detailed report of their credit scores , which accounts have been deleted, which accounts are still in dispute, and the exact date they are due for their next update report. Our support department is also available 9 AM - 7 PM EST Monday through Friday.
